We are open Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday during the week and Saturdays during the school year. We offer emergency orthodontic services to current patients only.
Your appointment is time scheduled and reserved for you. We request that you give our office at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. There will be a fee charged if your appointment is missed without notice.
There is also a fee to replace broken or lost retainers or orthodontic appliances. We can only estimate your individual insurance coverage but cannot guarantee your coverage due to the complexity of insurance contracts. Therefore if insurance fails to render payment you will be responsible for the entire balance.
As a service and courtesy to our patients we will bill insurance carriers for you and try to be of assistance. If during treatment your insurance coverage benefit changes in any way you are responsible for all charges.
